Rho. Bilancio: SìAmoRho nessun emendamento e tante proposte, Student Housing in primis.

Nelle sedute consiliari del 28 e 29 giugno in merito all’approvazione del Bilancio di previsione 2023 e il Piano delle opere per i prossimi tre anni, i partiti di opposizione hanno presentato oltre 400 emendamenti, escluso SìAmoRho, che non ne ha presentato neanche uno.

Una scelta politica forte e importante, per questo abbiamo domandato la motivazione al segretario di SìAmoRho, Adelina Iozzo: “In questi mesi il nostro gruppo ha maturato un giudizio fortemente critico nei confronti dell’operato dell’Amministrazione. Come gli interventi dei nostri 2 consiglieri comunali hanno avuto modo di sottolineare la critica non è tanto nei confronti di un singolo provvedimento bensì sull’impostazione complessiva dell’agire amministrativo; un dato significativo alla vigilia dell’inaugurazione di Mind (23.000 presenze previste sul nostro territorio) nulla è stato fatto dall’Amministrazione per rendere appetibile la nostra città a potenziali fruitori dei nostri servizi, MIND è stato utilizzato in questo bilancio esclusivamente come un salvadanaio che grazie agli oneri di urbanizzazione ci permette di recuperare gli squilibri di bilancio di parte corrente (circa €3 milioni)”.

“Negli interventi dei nostri consiglieri comunali abbiamo sottolineato che l’enorme quantità di denaro giunta a Rho grazie al PNRR non è stato utilizzato per mettere in campo operazioni strategiche ma per operazioni di rispettabile manutenzione dell’esistente; a questo punto invito tutti i lettori a leggere gli interventi di Daniele Paggiaro e Dario Re sul nostro social ufficiale di SìAmoRho. Tra l’altro abbiamo cercato di condividere questa nostra impostazione che purtroppo non è stata condivisa dall’opposizione che ha preferito chiedere emendamenti su piccole voci di Bilancio che sono state puntualmente respinte”.

“SìAmoRho guarda avanti. Ma se è concesso anche a noi di guardare indietro nel tempo, come fatto dal consigliere Roberto Bellofiore nel suo discorso conclusivo al bilancio. Nel nostro  programma elettorale i nostri progetti prevedevano la massima predisposizione ad accogliere appieno l’opportunità che MIND, già dalla fine di EXPO, avrebbe offerto alla nostra Città : prevedere un grande piano residenziale per famiglie, studenti, lavoratori, anziani e giovani coppie. E altresì prevedevamo un grande intervento di Student Housing e Social Housing sull’area dello scalo ferroviario di via Torino, di proprietà di RFI/Sistemi Urbani attraverso accordi, e del Comune di Rho (Steccone) grazie ad  un grande concorso di progettazione e coinvolgimento di soggetti privati e fondazioni. Rendere partecipi dei progetti le proprietà private oggi detentrici di immense aree industriali abbandonate” ha concluso Adelina Iozzo segretario di SìAmoRho.

We also envisaged a major Student Housing and Social Housing project in the Via Torino railway yard area, owned by RFI/Sistemi Urbani through agreements, and by the Municipality of Rho (Steccone) thanks to a major design competition and the involvement of private entities and foundations.
