“Sguardi Altrove” a Rho. Presente l’anima del Festival, la direttrice Patrizia Rappazzo.

Trasmessi nella mattinata di giovedì 13 aprile all’Auditorium Padre Reina di via Meda tre corti.

Una bella mattinata quella trascorsa all’Auditorium di Rho per visionare i tre filmati della categoria Cortometraggi, selezionati dalla Rassegna “Sguardi (S)Confinati” dedicata ai cortometraggi a regia femminile di “Sguardi Altrove Film Festival”. Presenti all’apertura dell’incontro l’assessore alle Pari opportunità Alessandra Borghetti, l’assessore alle scuole Paolo Bianchi, Floriana Chailly collaboratrice per tanti anni del Film Festival e promotrice per l’arrivo sul territorio di questo evento insieme all’architetto Sabina Tavecchia, presente alle proiezioni, all’epoca assessore del comune di Rho. La conclusione, dopo i filmati, è stata tenuta dalla “vera anima del Festival”, la direttrice Patrizia Rappazzo, che ha risposto alle domande degli studenti delle scuole presenti durante le proiezioni, provenienti da Fondazione Clerici Rho – Corso Operatore Grafico Ipermediale, Istituto Mattei classe 4 A Rim e Istituto Cannizzaro – Indirizzo grafica.

Sguardi Altrove....

“Ho collaborato tanti anni a questo festival perché mi interessava valorizzare il cinema al femminile” con queste parole Floriana Chailly ha introdotto la sua breve presentazione di ciò che è il festival e cosa ha fatto nel suo percorso di questi trent’anni dalla prima edizione. “Lo sguardo delle donne è sempre da sostenere, anche oggi che va molto meglio, ci sono delle registe eccezionali, anche italiane- ha proseguito Floriana Chailly- Comunque il festival ha avuto uno sguardo sul panorama di molti paesi. Ha selezionato 1700 film in trent’anni coinvolgendo ben 23 paesi di tutto il mondo”. Il festival è aperto anche alla regia di uomini, avendo sempre una attenzione particolare allo “sguardo femminile”. Il festival a Milano si è svolto in otto giorni di incontri e master class, con eventi e molte attività legate alla scuola.

Assessore Paolo Bianchi: “Sono molto contento di vedere la partecipazione oggi di molti studenti con i loro insegnanti delle scuole cittadine. L’importanza di questo momento è legato proprio all’educazione, e la cosa che mi piace di più è che attraverso i film, tecnicamente molti di voi potranno apprezzare e imparare delle cose sul cinema, ma anche comprendere le tematiche trattate da questi corti”.

L’assessore Alessandra Borghetti, dopo aver fatto una breve introduzione dei corti selezionati con gli uffici preposti, rappresentati dalla dottoressa Marcoccia e da Patrizia Calliano, presenti anche loro, ha sottolineato: “siamo qui a parlare di normalità e di rispetto per tutti i tipi di amore, e tutti i tipi di amore sono naturali, sono giusti, sono normali se consenzienti, quindi è anche giusto portare alle scuole questo messaggio. Perché sarebbe brutto se al giorno d’oggi, in Italia, qualcuno di noi avesse ancora paura di dichiarare la propria identità sessuale”.

Dopo la proiezione dei filmati ha preso la parola la direttrice Patrizia Rappazzo: “Un festival che nasce nel contesto di un piccolo consultorio a Milano nell’ambito di un progetto sulla depressione femminile, il cinema era il mezzo per riflettere sui temi di genere, sulla depressione, sulle violenze, considerate trent’anni fa. Oggi le donne hanno raggiunto tantissimi diritti, ma anni fa era molto difficile, riuscire a essere rispettate e avere il proprio punto di vista personale su determinati temi” un progetto sociale che ha visto il Cinema come protagonista, perché il cinema è cultura, il cinema come sollecitatore emotivo per arrivare a una riflessione profonda. Un successo quello di “Sguardi Altrove Film Festival” che dura da trent’anni e che continuerà negli anni futuri a portare valore nel cinema, e soprattutto nelle sale cinematografiche, il punto di vista, anzi lo Sguardo al femminile.
