“Sguardi Altrove” e i diritti umani.

3 cortometraggi per un totale di 90’ all’Auditorium Padre Reina a Rho.

Giovedì 13 aprile alle ore 10.30 presso l’Auditorium di via Meda a Rho si svolgerà la proiezione di una selezione di tre cortometraggi tratti dalla rassegna SGUARDI (S)CONFINATI, per una durata complessiva di circa 90 minuti: un’occasione per riflettere sui temi della contemporaneità con un focus sui diritti umani attraverso il mezzo cinematografico. Al termine delle proiezioni interverrà Patrizia Rappazzo, direttrice artistica di Sguardi Altrove Film festival e docente all’Università IULM.

La proiezione è rivolta sia alle scuole sia aperta a tutta la cittadinanza a ingresso libero e gratuito.
Il Comune di Rho anche quest’anno è stato partner di Sguardi Altrove Film Festival, la rassegna internazionale che promuove e diffonde il cinema a regia femminile e che in questo 2023 ha compiuto trent’anni. Sguardi Altrove Film Festival si è svolto a Milano tra il 10 e il 18 marzo. Otto giorni tra incontri, masterclass, performance e proiezioni. Oltre 60 titoli, suddivisi in 9 sezioni di cui tre competitive, due internazionali, Nuovi Sguardi e Sguardi (S)confinati dedicati rispettivamente ai lungometraggi e ai cortometraggi, e una, #FrameItalia, dedicata al cinema italiano indipendente. L’Amministrazione è stata coinvolta nell’attribuzione del premio Talent Under 35, rivolto alle film-maker provenienti da tutto il mondo e capace di riunire la produzione più giovane.

Albertine è il personaggio più nominato della Recherche du temps perdu, ma anche quello più sconosciuto. Alcuni critici hanno visto in Albertine la trasfigurazione letteraria di Alfred, un giovane di cui l’autore fu a lungo innamorato. Una storia d’amore contemporanea, in cui Marcel, Albertine e Alfred vivono l’amore come un interrogativo eterno, in cui il cuore delle cose non può essere catturato, ma solo intravisto.

3 short films for a total of 90' at the Padre Reina Auditorium in Rho.

Thursday 13 April at 10.30 at the Auditorium in via Meda in Rho there will be a screening of a selection of three short films taken from the SGUARDI (S)CONFINATI review, for a total duration of about 90 minutes: an opportunity to reflect on the contemporary themes with a focus on human rights through the cinematic medium. At the end of the screenings, Patrizia Rappazzo, artistic director of Sguardi Altrove Film Festival and professor at the IULM University will intervene.

Once again this year the Municipality of Rho was a partner of Sguardi Altrove Film Festival, the international festival that promotes and disseminates female-directed cinema and which in 2023 celebrated its thirtieth birthday. Sguardi Altrove Film Festival took place in Milan between 10 and 18 March. Eight days of meetings, masterclasses, performances and screenings. Over 60 titles, divided into 9 sections, three of which are competitive, two international, Nuovi Sguardi and Sguardi (S)confinati dedicated respectively to feature films and short films, and one, #FrameItalia, dedicated to independent Italian cinema.
