Si è tenuta venerdì 17 febbraio, presso la sede di Avis Rho in piazza Libertà 8, l’Assemblea ordinaria annuale. Momento importantissimo di tutta l’attività associativa, in cui si fa la fotografia dell’anno precedente. Un 2022 ricco di soddisfazioni da parte del Consiglio direttivo in carica e di tutti i soci donatori.

Una assemblea che, come accade in tutte le assemblee
ordinarie di qualsiasi Avis, come ricordato dal presidente di Avis Provinciale
Milano, Giacomo Griante, ha visto la poca partecipazione dei soci donatori, 4,
oltre al consiglio stesso. Quello che è un dato importante è quello delle
donazioni, perché il fine ultimo di ogni donatore di sangue è il benessere dell’ammalato.
I dati inerenti il 2022 riportati da questa riunione sono molto confortanti:
1979 fra donatrici e donatori, che grazie alla loro generosa opera di donazione
di sangue, intero o di una sua frazione, volontaria, periodica, associata, gratuita,
anonima e consapevole, hanno permesso di effettuare 2629 sacche di sangue
intero, e 1494 sacche di plasma. La donazione di sangue è da intendersi come
valore universale ed espressione di solidarietà e civismo, che configura la
donatrice o il donatore quale promotore di un primario servizio socio-sanitario
e operatore della salute, anche al fine di diffondere nella comunità locale i
valori della solidarietà, della partecipazione sociale e civile e della tutela
del diritto alla salute. Diventare donatrici o donatori è molto importante, per
