Cerchiamo proprio te. Premio Paolo Natile 2023 di Amnesty International Lombardia.

Premio riservato a una persone tra i 16 e i 20 anni.

Giunto alla seconda edizione il “Premio Paolo Natile” è un riconoscimento dedicato alle persone giovani con voglia di fare azioni di cambiamento per i diritti umani. Una iniziativa di Amnesty International Lombardia, volta all’individuazione, al riconoscimento e alla premiazione di una persona tra i 16 e i 20 anni, che si è distinta per azioni compiute a tutela e promozione dei diritti umani sul territorio regionale, nell’anno precedente.

Paolo era un attivista. Una persona a cui non piaceva solo l’idea di un mondo più equo e più felice ma che aveva capito che dipendeva da lui. Agiva ogni giorno per rendere i diritti sempre più reali, sempre più vicini. Attivista storico di rilevanza nazionale del movimento globale per i diritti umani nato nel 1961 grazie a una intuizione dell’avvocato londinese Peter Benenson, costituisce una proposta di valorizzazione e di messa in rete dei contesti giovanili lombardi, attraverso l’attribuzione di un riconoscimento a supporto di chi agisce con atti concreti in difesa dei diritti umani sin dalla più

giovane età.

La persona vincitrice verrà scelta dalla giuria attraverso un sistema di segnalazione grazie al quale potrà partecipare gratuitamente alla prima edizione utile del Summer Lab estivo di Amnesty International Italia rivolto a chi è interessato ad approfondire la propria conoscenza e consapevolezza dei diritti umani e ad attivarsi.

 “Attraverso questo progetto Amnesty Lombardia vuole essere inclusiva e favorire la partecipazione” sottolinea Daniel Timis, Responsabile Regionale dell’organizzazione “offrire un abbraccio a chi, come ha fatto Paolo per tutta la sua esistenza, passa dall’indignazione all’azione e non lascia che le ingiustizie abbiano il sopravvento sulle nostre vite”.

The winning person will be chosen by the jury through a signaling system thanks to which he will be able to participate free of charge in the first useful edition of the Amnesty International Italia Summer Lab aimed at those interested in deepening their knowledge and awareness of human rights and in taking action.

  "Through this project Amnesty Lombardia wants to be inclusive and encourage participation" underlines Daniel Timis, Regional Manager of the organization "to offer a hug to those who, as Paolo did throughout his existence, pass from indignation to action and do not leave that injustices take over our lives”.
