Rho. Verso le olimpiadi Milano-Cortina 2026.

 Un momento molto importante per la città di Rho.

Giovedì primo giugno 2023 la Console Generale del Regno dei Paesi Bassi Mascha Baak accompagnata da Roeland Slagter, Consigliere economico consolare, ha fatto visita a Rho, accolta dal Vice sindaco Maria Rita Vergani, dall’Assessore allo Sport Alessandra Borghetti e dall’Assessora alla Cultura e Mobilità Valentina Giro.

Dopo una prima conoscenza con il Sindaco Andrea Orlandi durante l’evento inaugurale di MIND Innovation Week, è stato organizzato l’incontro a Rho per presentare le bellezze e le opportunità offerte dalla nostra città. Tra tutte spicca il nuovo Teatro civico Roberto de Silva, che la delegazione consolare ha visitato con l’assessora Giro e Giorgio Almasio, Responsabile delle Pubbliche Relazioni, Comunicazione e Immagine del Teatro.

Si è poi passati al Palazzo comunale, dove la delegazione era attesa dal Vice Sindaco Vergani e dall’Assessore allo Sport Borghetti che l’ha omaggiata della maglietta dedicata alla Settimana dello Sport appena terminata e di alcune pubblicazioni comunali e dove i due hanno lasciato un messaggio sul Libro degli Ospiti.

Infine la delegazione ha concluso il tour a Villa Burba, la Villa di Delizia Rhodense, che si sta rifacendo il trucco grazie agli importanti lavori di manutenzione. Non è mancato il passaggio con i nostri bibliotecari, che hanno consegnato loro il diploma di Grandi Lettori (collegato al concorso SuperElle).

On Thursday 1st June 2023, the Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands Mascha Baak accompanied by Roeland Slagter, Consular Economic Councillor, visited Rho, welcomed by the Vice Mayor Maria Rita Vergani, the Councilor for Sport Alessandra Borghetti and the Councilor for Culture and Mobility Valentina Giro.

After an initial meeting with Mayor Andrea Orlandi during the inaugural event of MIND Innovation Week, the meeting was organized in Rho to present the beauties and opportunities offered by our city. Among all, the new Roberto de Silva Civic Theater stands out, which the consular delegation visited with councilor Giro and Giorgio Almasio, Head of Public Relations, Communication and Image of the Theatre.
